Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend for juiciness
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Burger Toppings
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese or your favorite cheese
  • 4 buns Burger Buns toasted
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato Tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pickles sliced
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Mustard

Method
 

Prepare the Patties
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
Grill the Burgers
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  3. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
  2. Layer lettuce, tomato, and pickles on the bottom half of each bun.
  3. Place the cooked patty on top, add ketchup and mustard, then top with the other half of the bun.
