Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Pasta (penne or fusilli) Uncooked
Kielbasa
  • 1 lb Kielbasa sausage Sliced
Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped) For garnish

Method
 

Cook Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Kielbasa
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
Make Creamy Sauce
  1. Reduce heat to low and add minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard, mixing well.
  2. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
