- In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Whip until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, mix water, sugar, and lemon juice. Dip each ladyfinger in the mixture quickly to soak.
- Layer the soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish, then spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
