Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce washed and chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red onion thinly sliced
Lemon Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
Make the Vinaigrette
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drizzle the lemon vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
