Method
Prepare the Cream Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
Assemble the Mango Float
- In a baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced mangoes on top of the cream.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream mixture on top.
Chill
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once set, slice and serve chilled.
