Ingredients
  

Mango Layer
  • 3 medium ripe mangoes sliced
Cream Mixture
  • 2 cups heavy cream chilled
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Graham Cracker Layer
  • 1 pack graham crackers

Method
 

Prepare the Cream Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
Assemble the Mango Float
  1. In a baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  2. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  3. Add a layer of sliced mangoes on top of the cream.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream mixture on top.
Chill
  1. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Once set, slice and serve chilled.
