  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, diced about 2 medium mangoes
  • 1 cup plain yogurt Greek yogurt works well
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, yogurt, honey, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Chill the Mixture
  1. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Churn the Yogurt
  1. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Freeze
  1. Transfer the churned yogurt to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Serve
