Prepare the Jelly
- In a saucepan, combine the mango puree, water, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into molds or jelly cups and let it cool at room temperature.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
