Ingredients
  

Jelly Base
  • 2 cups Mango puree Fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Gelatin powder Unflavored
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Jelly
  1. In a saucepan, combine the mango puree, water, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds or jelly cups and let it cool at room temperature.
  5. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
