- Layer the mixed greens at the bottom of a mason jar.
- Add cherry tomatoes on top of the greens.
- Place diced cucumbers above the cherry tomatoes.
- Add sliced or cubed grilled chicken.
- Layer cooked or canned chickpeas over the chicken.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Add sliced olives.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the layers.
