Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Grilled Chicken
  • 1 cup Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Olives
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

Method
 

  1. Layer the mixed greens at the bottom of a mason jar.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes on top of the greens.
  3. Place diced cucumbers above the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Add sliced or cubed grilled chicken.
  5. Layer cooked or canned chickpeas over the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  7. Add sliced olives.
  8. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the layers.
