Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 pound Ground beef (80/20) Formed into balls
Burger Toppings
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese For melting on burgers
  • 4 buns Burger buns Toasted
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 large Tomato Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pickles Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Mustard

Method
 

Prepare the Grill
  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
Form the Patties
  1. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and form into loose balls.
Cook the Burgers
  1. Place the beef balls on the grill and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
  2. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until a crust forms.
  3. Flip the patties, add cheese, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Toast the burger buns on the grill.
  2. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
