Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium jalapeños seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 pkg egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup oil for frying

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder until well mixed.
  2. Place a tablespoon of the jalapeño popper mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.
  3. Roll the wrapper, folding in the sides to seal the filling inside.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Drain on paper towels before serving.
