No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert

Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips melted
Topping
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust.
Make the filling
  1. In another bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping and melted chocolate chips until fully incorporated.
Assemble the dessert
  1. Spread the peanut butter filling over the prepared crust evenly.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Add toppings
  1. Melt the remaining chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Drizzle the melted mixture over the chilled dessert before serving.

Notes
