Ingredients
  

Cake Base
  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream chilled
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Cake Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form the cake base.
Make the Cream Cheese Layer
  1. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the chilled heavy whipping cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is fluffy and holds peaks.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker base.
Decorate the Cake
  1. Arrange the sliced strawberries in a rectangle on the top left corner to create the stripes of the flag.
  2. Place the blueberries in the top left corner to represent the stars.
  3. Top with whipped cream if desired and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
