Method
Prepare the Yogurt Base
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Spread and Top
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the sheet.
- Sprinkle mixed berries and granola evenly over the yogurt.
Freeze
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is firm.
Serve
- Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately.
