Ingredients
  

Candy Base
  • 1 cup Fresh orange juice Preferably freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin powder Unflavored

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh orange juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
Mold the Candy
  1. After blooming, stir the mixture well until the gelatin is fully dissolved. If necessary, gently heat the mixture over low heat to aid dissolution.
  2. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined tray. Spread evenly.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the molds for at least 2 hours or until the candy is set.
  2. Once set, remove the candies from the molds and enjoy!
