Method
Prepare the Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh orange juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
Mold the Candy
- After blooming, stir the mixture well until the gelatin is fully dissolved. If necessary, gently heat the mixture over low heat to aid dissolution.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined tray. Spread evenly.
Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate the molds for at least 2 hours or until the candy is set.
- Once set, remove the candies from the molds and enjoy!
