Method
Prepare the Cake Base
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.
Layer the Ice Cream
- Spread a layer of softened vanilla ice cream over the crust and smooth it out.
- Freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
- Spread a layer of softened chocolate ice cream over the vanilla layer and smooth it out.
- Freeze for another 30 minutes until firm.
Add Topping and Freeze
- Spread whipped cream over the top layer of chocolate ice cream.
- Garnish with crushed Oreo cookies.
- Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
Serve
- Remove from the freezer, release the springform pan, and slice to serve.
