  • 1 cup Frozen peas Thawed
  • 100 grams Feta cheese Crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint Chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a food processor, combine the thawed peas, feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add the chopped parsley and mint, and pulse a few times to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and blend again if necessary.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
