Prepare the Crostini
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.

Assemble the Crostini
- Remove the toasted baguette from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top each slice with a generous scoop of burrata cheese.
- Add sliced peaches on top of the burrata.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
