Prepare the Marinade
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Marinate the Shrimp
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Prepare the Skewers
- Thread the marinated shrimp and peach wedges onto skewers alternately.
Grill the Skewers
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
Serve
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
