Ingredients
  

Shrimp and Peaches
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 medium peaches, pitted and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Marinate the Shrimp
  1. Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Prepare the Skewers
  1. Thread the marinated shrimp and peach wedges onto skewers alternately.
Grill the Skewers
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Remove from the grill and serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
