Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Peach Ingredients
  • 3 cups fresh peaches peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

Prepare the Peach Mixture
  1. In a blender, combine the diced peaches and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the peach puree to a mixing bowl and set aside.
Make the Ice Cream Base
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
Combine and Freeze
  1. Fold the peach puree into the ice cream base until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Once churned, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
