Method
Prepare the Shrub
- In a jar, combine peach puree, mango puree, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Stir well until sugar is dissolved.
- Seal the jar and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours to allow flavors to meld.
Serve the Drink
- In a mixing glass, combine 1/4 cup of the shrub mixture with 1/2 cup of sparkling water. Stir gently to combine.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh peach or mango slices if desired.
