Ingredients
  

Shrub Base
  • 1 cup peach puree fresh or canned
  • 1 cup mango puree fresh or canned
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar adjust to taste
Fizzy Drink
  • 2 cups sparkling water

Method
 

Prepare the Shrub
  1. In a jar, combine peach puree, mango puree, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Stir well until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Seal the jar and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours to allow flavors to meld.
Serve the Drink
  1. In a mixing glass, combine 1/4 cup of the shrub mixture with 1/2 cup of sparkling water. Stir gently to combine.
  2. Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh peach or mango slices if desired.
