Prepare the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Assemble the Pizza
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a piece of parchment paper.
- Spread pesto sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake the Pizza
- Carefully transfer the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
