Ingredients
  

Pineapple Lemonade Base
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks or canned pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4-6 lemons
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 4 cups cold water or sparkling water for fizz
  • ice ice cubes for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Pineapple Lemonade
  1. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
  3. Add the cold water to the pitcher and stir well to combine.
  4. Serve over ice and enjoy your refreshing pineapple lemonade!
