Ingredients
  

Pineapple Lemonade Base
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks preferably ripe
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4-6 lemons
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 4 cups cold water or sparkling water for fizz
  • ice ice cubes for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Pineapple Lemonade
  1. In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  3. Add cold water to the strained juice and stir well to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.
  5. Serve over ice and enjoy!
