Method
Prepare the Fruit Mixture
- In a blender, combine the chopped fresh fruit, fruit juice, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Fill the Molds
- Pour the blended mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert Sticks and Freeze
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serve
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
