Ingredients
  

Fruit Mixture
  • 2 cups fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, mango, or blueberries) chopped
  • 1 cup fruit juice (e.g., orange juice or coconut water) for sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, adjust to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Fruit Mixture
  1. In a blender, combine the chopped fresh fruit, fruit juice, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Fill the Molds
  1. Pour the blended mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
Insert Sticks and Freeze
  1. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serve
  1. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
