Method
Marinate the Steak
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Add the steak cubes and toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Kebabs
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using. Thread the marinated steak, red and green bell pepper pieces, and onion wedges onto the skewers, alternating between ingredients.
Grill the Kebabs
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and vegetables are tender.
