- Cook quinoa in 2 cups of water until done, then set aside.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, bell peppers, black olives, mozzarella cheese, Italian dressing, corn, black beans, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Gently toss all ingredients together until evenly mixed.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
