Ingredients
  

Mushrooms
  • 1 pound Oyster mushrooms Cleaned and trimmed
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the mushrooms
  1. Clean the oyster mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim the ends.
Sauté the mushrooms
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the oyster mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and golden brown.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
