Prepare the mushrooms
- Clean the oyster mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim the ends.
Sauté the mushrooms
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the oyster mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and golden brown.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
