Ingredients
  

Beverage Base
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4-6 lemons
  • 1 cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 4 cups sparkling water chilled
Berries
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
Garnish
  • 1 lemon sliced for garnish
  • 1 sprig fresh mint for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Lemonade
  1. In a pitcher, combine fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir well to mix.
  2. Add the chilled sparkling water to the pitcher and gently stir to combine.
Add Berries
  1. In a separate bowl, muddle the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries gently to release their juices.
  2. Add the muddled berries to the lemonade mixture and stir gently.
Serve
  1. Pour the sparkling berry lemonade into glasses filled with ice.
  2. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint sprigs before serving.
