Ingredients
  

Steak Bites
  • 1 pound sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Steak Bites
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Garlic Butter
  1. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the minced garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add the melted butter and stir to combine.
  3. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
