Cooking the Steak Bites

Making the Garlic Butter
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the minced garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the melted butter and stir to combine.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
