Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens such as arugula and spinach
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup goat cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup walnuts toasted and chopped
Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens and sliced strawberries.
  2. Add the crumbled goat cheese and toasted walnuts on top.
Make the Vinaigrette
