Ingredients
  

Mocktail Base
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice about 4-5 limes
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup or honey, adjust to taste
  • 2 cups sparkling water for topping
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Garnish
  • 4 slices lime for garnish
  • 4 strawberries whole strawberries for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon salt for rimming glasses

Method
 

Prepare the Glasses
  1. Rub the rim of each margarita glass with a lime slice and dip into salt to coat the rim.
Blend the Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice. Blend until smooth.
Assemble the Mocktail
  1. Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glasses, filling them halfway.
  2. Top each glass with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Garnish each drink with a lime slice and a whole strawberry. Serve immediately.

Notes
