Prepare the Chicken
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

- Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, and then slice.

- Grill the corn until charred, about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

- In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, black beans, grilled chicken, and street corn mixture.
- Top with sliced avocado and salsa.
