  • 2 cups asparagus trimmed

Preparation

Cooking Tuna

  2. Cook the tuna steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
Roasting Asparagus
  1. While the tuna cooks, toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Roast the asparagus in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
