Prepare the Watermelon
- Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh using a melon baller or cut into cubes. Reserve the rind to use as a bowl.
Combine the Fruits
- In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, and pineapple. Toss gently to mix.
Serve
- Spoon the fruit mixture back into the watermelon halves. Garnish with fresh mint and drizzle with lime juice if desired.
