Fruit Ingredients
  • 1 large watermelon seedless, cut into balls or cubes
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
Optional Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Watermelon
  1. Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh using a melon baller or cut into cubes. Reserve the rind to use as a bowl.
Combine the Fruits
  1. In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, and pineapple. Toss gently to mix.
Serve
  1. Spoon the fruit mixture back into the watermelon halves. Garnish with fresh mint and drizzle with lime juice if desired.
