Ingredients
  

Sorbet Base
  • 4 cups watermelon seedless, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sugar adjust based on sweetness of watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Watermelon
  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds.
Blend Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes, sugar, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
Chill Mixture
  1. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 2 hours, or until it starts to firm up.
Churn Sorbet
  1. Transfer the partially frozen mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until smooth and fluffy.
Final Freeze
  1. Transfer the sorbet back to the freezer-safe container and freeze for an additional 2 hours to firm up.
Serve
  1. Scoop the sorbet into bowls and serve immediately.
