White Chocolate Cranberry Blondies

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  3. Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
