Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 4 cups plain yogurt Greek or regular
Fruits
  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 medium banana sliced
Granola
  • 1 cup granola your choice of flavor
Sweetener
  • 4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Method
 

Assembling the Parfait
  1. In a glass cup or bowl, add a layer of yogurt at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  4. Drizzle honey over the granola.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, finishing with berries and a drizzle of honey on top.
