Ingredients
  

Zucchini Noodles
  • 4 medium Zucchini Spiralized
Pesto Sauce
  • 1 cup Basil Pesto Store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For cooking
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste

Method
 

Prepare Zucchini Noodles
  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer to create noodles.
Cook Zucchini Noodles
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the zucchini noodles and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
Combine with Pesto
  1. Remove the skillet from heat, add the basil pesto, and toss to coat the zucchini noodles evenly.
Serve
  1. Top with cherry tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
